Shipping and Returns

Most orders are made to order, and made and shipped within 7 days of the order date. On most occasions they are shipped within 1-3 days if stock is available 

All orders are shipped Royal Mail second class Standard delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns/ exchanges are more than welcome if you are not 100% happy with your purchase - and within 28 days of your order arriving , drop us an email at hopeandgreycreative@gmail.com or a message on Instagram to discuss the details in full.

Although as a small business I cannot offer the cost of returning the item back to me, which I hope is understandable. Once the Item is back I will refund you in full/ get working on the exchange!
